Private Events:
- Set-up fee: $60
- Day Events: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. rates are $40 per hour (two hour minimum) with a $100 security deposit
- Evening Events: 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. rates are $75 per hour (four hour minimum) with a $350 security deposit
Civic/Non-profit Events:
- Set-up fee: $40
- Day Events: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. rates are $25 per hour
- Evening Events: 3 p.m. to 12 a.m. rates are $50 per hour
- Security Deposit: $50
Optional add-ons:
- Microphone and screen: $25 per hour with a security deposit of $200
- Linen cleaning: $7 per linen
